❌ What You Cannot Do
- ✖ Sell the original music files.
- ✖ Redistribute the original files.
- ✖ Upload the music to another music library.
- ✖ Claim ownership of Virtuaudio music.
- ✖ Register the music with YouTube Content ID.
- ✖ Register the music with Facebook Rights Manager or similar fingerprinting systems.
- ✖ Include the original files in templates, plugins or downloadable products.
🎵 Editing
You may cut, loop, shorten, remix and synchronize the music with your projects. Editing does not transfer ownership of the original work.
📺 YouTube & Copyright
- ✔ YouTube monetization is allowed.
- ✔ Virtuaudio does not register its free music with YouTube Content ID.
- ✔ If you receive an incorrect copyright claim, you may dispute it using your valid license.
Virtuaudio makes reasonable efforts to provide original and properly licensed music. However, false or mistaken copyright claims may occasionally occur due to automated copyright systems or unauthorized third parties.
Such claims, Content ID matches, or similarity matches cannot be completely ruled out. Virtuaudio is not responsible for disputes initiated by third parties or automated systems. If you receive an incorrect claim, you should resolve it through the relevant platform using your valid license.
