Music Licensing

- Originals / Premium Music: Purchased tracks include a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license for commercial and non-commercial use, subject to the terms below.
Usage Rights
Free Music: Your right to use free tracks is governed by the Virtuaudio Royalty Free License.
Originals / Premium Music: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the purchased tracks in commercial or non-commercial videos, streams, films, games, apps, podcasts, advertisements, and social media content.
Restrictions
Unless expressly permitted by a separate Virtuaudio license, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of Virtuaudio music as standalone audio files. This includes re-uploading tracks to music streaming platforms as your own releases, selling them on stock music sites, or otherwise making the original audio files available for standalone download or resale.
