Can I use the music commercially?

Do I need to give credit?

No. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

Can I monetize YouTube videos?

Yes. You can use the music in monetized YouTube videos.

Does Virtuaudio use YouTube Content ID?

No. Virtuaudio does not register its music with YouTube Content ID.

What if I receive a copyright claim?

Although Virtuaudio does not register its royalty-free music with YouTube Content ID, false or mistaken copyright claims may occasionally occur due to automated systems or unauthorized third parties.

Virtuaudio makes reasonable efforts to provide original and properly licensed music, but cannot guarantee that copyright claims or similarity matches will never occur.
