1. Order Processing & Payments
All orders and payments on Virtuaudio are securely processed and fulfilled by Gumroad, Inc. (our official merchant of record). By purchasing our music, you also agree to Gumroad’s Terms of Service.
2. Music Licensing (Royalty-Free for Commercial Use)
• Originals: Premium, fully custom-crafted tracks made by us (human-made), featuring a wide variety of musical styles.
• AI Music: Highly curated tracks generated and co-created using advanced artificial intelligence tools.
3. Usage Rights
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the music tracks in your commercial or non-commercial videos, streams, films, games, or social media content.
4. Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or claiming ownership of the raw audio tracks as standalone products (e.g., re-uploading them to streaming platforms like Spotify or selling them on stock music sites).
